the reception staff was helpful and available, always ready to assist. its location close to a metro and bus station was very convenient for getting around. the room featured a coffee machine and teas, along with a kettle.

I stayed in a queen room. the staff was always helpful. the location was near the metro station, it was easy to get around. there was a coffee machine in the room. I appreciated that.
the air conditioning did not work properly. it was difficult to regulate the temperature. this made the room uncomfortably warm at times.
